Detailed Steps

    Access Instagram Settings

    Go to Settings → Your Activity→ Download Your Information.

    Select Followers & Following

    Choose Download or transfer information, pick your account, then select Followers & Following. Click Next.

    Download the Data

    Choose Download to Device. Set Date Range to All time, format to JSON, and then tap Create files to generate a ZIP.

    Upload to Clout Autopsy

    Once Instagram finishes preparing your data, return here and upload the ZIP to get started with your insights.
